Aimee has been our realtor for the recent sale of our condominium in Chicago and is presently our realtor for the purchase of a condo in Oak Park. We would like to say "thank you" to your Evanston office agent Aimee Pierre. We were looking to buy a house in the Northbrook area last year and we met her at a house that was listed by another agent in your Northbrook office. She followed up with us consistently with our needs and requirements by sending us different listings that newly came on the market. Although we knew that she was "new" to her real estate agent career, we liked her doing things professionally, friendly, and also client-oriented. For example, we want to see a listing with short notice (sometimes even "right now") because my wife and I had different work schedules and it was so hard to find a time that both of us can go and take a look at the property. Aimee always tried her best to meet our needs and arrange for the showing or searching for more nearby properties for us to see on the same trip. A lot of time we even feel bad ourselves! I remember that one time she even delayed her family get together dinner in a restaurant in order to show us another property. Just as her personal home page states that "Aimee is dedicated to work hard for you. It is her goal to be sensitive to your needs and constraints while making the process as seamless (and fun) as possible". She works very hard for her job and also respects our demands and our "change of mind". Finally we found a house that we really liked in Northbrook. The seller's party were so difficult to work with every detail including their lawyer, agent, and owner. Almost every step is a nightmare. We are almost going to give up on it. It was Aimee that helped to make this deal alive and worked all the way to closing. Now we will be closing on 8/27/03.
We just want to say that we really appreciate her help in finding us a new house and through her we experienced Koenig & Strey and we are so glad that Koenig & Strey has such a great employee like Aimee. We are really proud that we have her as our agent.
